All work to be performed will be outlined in a written estimate or proposal. Additional services not listed in the original estimate will be subject to a separate quote and approval before work begins.
Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations or unforeseen circumstances. Final costs will be confirmed before work begins.
3. Payment Terms
-A deposit of 50% or the cost of materials, whichever is greater, is required along with signature approval to reserve your place on our schedule.
-Final payment is due upon completion of job unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
-We accept cash, check, and credit/debit.
-A $35 fee applies to returned checks.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations on job appointments or schedule changes. Repeated cancellations or last-minute changes may result in forfeiture of deposit.
We stand behind our workmanship. Labor is warrantied for 1 year from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials and products used. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, or acts of nature.
The customer is responsible for:
-Providing clear and safe access to the work area.
-Securing pets and valuables.
We strive to meet timelines, but delays due to weather, material shortages, or other uncontrollable events may occur. We will communicate promptly if changes to the schedule are needed.
8. Liability
Waushara Home Repair is fully insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage not directly caused by our work.
Only one discount may be applied per transaction (e.g., veteran discount, promotional offer). Discounts must be mentioned before payment is made.
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of our work for use on our website and social media. No personal information or addresses will be shared.
We value customer satisfaction. In the event of a disagreement, we will make every effort to resolve the issue directly and professionally. Any legal disputes will be handled under the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
